Q:It's clear that white women have made many gains since affirmative action was started. But it's not because they are being accepted to college through affirmative action. It's because women are simply outperforming men. They have higher GPAs and retention rates. The standards for women in college admissions are not lowered. In fact, co-ed colleges are discriminating against women to keep the gender balance equal.
